A. Knowledge Test
(a)       The medium of examination shall be bilingual i.e. both in Hindi as well as in English.
(b)       An Offline (OMR base) written examination for Knowledge Test will be held for recruitment for the post of Constable
(c)       The exam will consist of objective-type questions only.
(d)       There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
(e)       The Test will be of 94.5 marks.
(f)        The test will have 100 questions, each question carrying 0.945 marks. 
(g)       Minimum 50% marks for general category and minimum 40% marks for reserved category are required to be obtained in the knowledge test.
